Founder of Solo Satellite Communications Ltd.
Keith has worked in the television industry for most of his career having trained as
a broadcast engineer with the Independent Broadcasting Authority. His work with the
IBA encompassed the whole range of broadcast systems and transmitters. Keith rounded off his
IBA career within the Broadcast Systems department carrying out IBA code of practice testing
on TV and Radio Studio installations.
From there he moved into outside broadcasts, working first as a vision engineer & then
a unit manager. It was then a logical progression back into the transmission side of the
industry when Keith became a satellite uplink engineer.
Having talked for long enough about "going solo", Keith & his partner set up Solo
Satellite Communications in 1996. The mission was, & still is, to provide an excellent
quality of service using the very best equipment.
Today the company has grown somewhat from Keith's original idea of being
"one man & a van". However, what hasn't changed is Keith's dedication to providing
a personal service to all our clients.
